Screen Printing Services goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, on time and are of the highest quality. We, after all, are human and make mistakes. It is how we handle our mistakes that will earn your trust.

We accept returns and will refund payment if you are disappointed by our merchandise because:
  1. The items themselves are materially flawed, if we supplied the material.

  2. The quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations.

  3. The design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted and approved by the customer prior to printing.


Please call and speak to a customer service representative for return and refund information. We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization number.

Possible Reasons for Return

Due to the nature of custom screenprinting and embroidery, Screen Printing Services will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur:

  • The blank product is materially flawed (holes, tears, etc.),
  • you find the decoration quality (screenprinting, embroidery, etc.) is not of a commercially acceptable level, or
  • the design on the products you received is markedly different than the final online representation you approved.


Notice About Ink Colors

Please note that due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented on the online art approval may not match the actual ink or thread colors screenprinted or embroidered on your garments. Screen Printing Services is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. Samples of both ink and thread colors are available upon request.

Garment Sizing

Garment sizing can vary amongst manufacturers and styles. If you need sizing information, you may purchase a sample of a specific item by ordering one and please contact us for any questions regarding sizing. Screen Printing Services is not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes.

How to Request a Return

Return claims must be filed with the customer service department within 7 business days of receiving your order. All defective material must be returned in order to receive credit or replacements. Please call 877.987.8680 or email us at to process your return.
